Membership

  • Affiliates are the employees of Builder and Associate members who reap the rewards of NAHB membership at a fraction of the cost. Builder Affiliate member can represent the builder at events.
  • An Associate Member is any individual who is the owner of or employed by a firm engaged in a profession related to the building industry. Examples include, but are not limited to: sub-contractors, architects, product installers, landscapers, drywallers, heating and air, real estate professionals, and other residential service providers.
  • A Builder Member is any individual who is the owner of or is employed by a firm that has been in the business of building or remodeling homes, apartments, schools, commercial industrial, or other structures. Or does land development.   Requirements: Participate in the Indiana Quality Assurance Builders Standards Certificate of General Liability with minimum coverage of $500,000.  Attend 9 meetings a year to participate in the Parade of Homes. Please note that you can sign up a member of your team as an Affiliate Member and their attendance to the meetings will count towards this requirement.
