Reed Martin is a local family man with his wife, Leanna, and their two kids, Hannah and Evan. Reed planted roots in Shipshewana over two decades ago. Reed has been in the RV industry for over 20 years and recently decided to make a change in the construction business. “I have a good friend who is in the insulation business, and he influenced us to take the leap,” said Martin. Reed is passionate about people and strives to provide the best service and products.

Jared Yoder grew up in the insulation business. It was a natural fit for Jared to be a part of AirTite. “Jared came alongside as a partner in this endeavor after working in the RV industry; his knowledge and expertise in insulation application is superior,” said Martin.
