Builder Membership

A Builder Member is any individual who is the owner of or is employed by a firm that has been in the business of building or remodeling homes, apartments, schools, commercial industrial, or other structures. Or does land development.

Participate in the Indiana Quality Assurance Builders Standards

Certificate of General Liability with minimum coverage of $500,000. 

Attend 9 meetings a year to participate in the Parade of Homes. Please note that you can sign up a member of your team as an Affiliate Member and their attendance at the meetings will count towards this requirement.

Associate Membership

An Associate Member is any individual who is the owner of or employed by a firm engaged in a profession related to the building industry. Examples include, but are not limited to: sub-contractors, architects, product installers, landscapers, drywallers, heating and air, real estate professionals, and other residential service providers.
